She expanded her MS Office skillset, including learning how to develop a Microsoft SharePoint interactive site and relational database system to support career development initiatives within the agency. She also created health communications digital materials and supported an agency-wide medical clearance campaign for similar exposure groups to promote laboratory safety.

Relay for Life, The American Cancer SocietyKylie started a Relay for Life team, named Coffee for a Cure, with Tradewind Coffee Company. The Tradewind Coffee Company Relay for Life team will be participating in the Relay for Life of Gwinnett on May 13, 2023. Kylie has helped lead several fundraising efforts for Relay for Life events over the years, partnering with the Dacula Cluster Relay for Life team. Kylie is very passionate about Relay for Life, and she is dedicated to supporting everyone in her community that has been affected by cancer.

AU-UGA Medical Partnership's Free Mobile ClinicAt the AU-UGA Medical Partnership’s Free Mobile Clinic, Kylie obtained DPH certification to verify insurance and serve patients experiencing houseslessness and a lack of access to health insurance. During the pandemic, Kylie transitioned into a remote position, serving as a volunteer for the program’s COVID-19 inquiry hotline.

Tradewind Coffee CompanyAt Tradewind Coffee Company, Kylie promotes customer service and relations while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and preparing food and beverage products. Kylie also assists with administrative responsibilities and event coordination, leads training and supervising duties, and has represented the company at national coffee industry events, such as Coffee Fest.
